Project brief introduction
Dongying United Petrochemical Co., Ltd. invested 10.4 billion yuan in large-scale mixed aromatic hydrocarbons and supporting projects. After completion, residue dewaxing, delayed coking and mixed aromatic hydrocarbon addition technologies were realized. The temperature of the wax oil medium in the inlet chamber of the oil throwing pump at the bottom of the tower of the project is as high as 350 C. The mechanical seal of the ordinary pump is often damaged due to the high temperature in normal work. RSP technicians recommend HWG series high temperature resistant pumps to serve customers'production and transportation lines through specific field investigation. This series of pumps are still running well under the high temperature and bad working conditions.
