This is the main reason why the unsealed twin-screw pump is getting more and more attention, and its production quantity and application range are increasing day by day.

Sealed twin-screw pump has only two screw, but it satisfies all sealing conditions. Its composition and characteristics are similar to those of three-screw pumps. It is suitable for transporting clean lubricating liquid without impurities and can be used in high pressure situations.

Double suction structure, so that the axial force on the screw can be balanced. The drive gear and the bearing of the supporting screw of the pump are located outside the pump chamber and belong to the external bearing type structure. It can be used to transport the medium with poor lubricity. If the medium with good non-corrosiveness and lubricity is transported, the built-in bearing type structure can be adopted. Its bearing and driving gear are both located in the pump chamber, which can reduce the number of shaft seals of the pump.
