For twin-screw pump, the shaft is the reference component, the shaft needs to bear radial force, and has a larger bearing span. The requirement of axle is quite high. Shaft deformation has an effect on seal, bearing life, pump noise and vibration.
Spiral sleeve is the main component of twin-screw pump. The size of its spiral lead determines the performance of the pump. The same size of the pump has a variety of lead suitable for different working conditions, making the pump structure compact and more convenient to choose.
The transported fluid medium only performs continuous axial movement in the pump body. The flow rate is stable and no pulsation, and it can transport the fluid smoothly and without shearing. It ensures that the function and structure of the medium will not change.
According to the working temperature, different heat dissipation modes can be selected to extend the service life of gears and bearings, and water cooling method can be used to remove the weaknesses of insufficient rigidity, complex structure, high cost and short service life of long-axis structural pumps.
Independent safety valve structure, users can choose whether to configure or not according to their needs.
Special runner design ensures that the pump has a strong self-priming ability to follow the lower NPSHr value, and can transport a certain proportion of vapor-liquid mixture.
When the pump works, there is no contact between the screw sleeve and the liner, allowing short-term dry operation (< 2 minutes);
