Maintenance process of twin screw pump:
1. Running for 8 hours.
2. Clean and sanitary treatment equipment.
3. The mechanical seal at the shaft seal should be reliable, and there should be no leakage. Leakage does not exceed 5 ml/h.
4. Check the lubricating oil of gearbox to ensure that the oil quality and quantity meet the requirements. Respiratory apparatus is smooth and oil-free.

6. Inspect the fixing and connecting screw of each part of the pump group, and fasten immediately if loosened.
7. Check the pressure gauges at the inlet and outlet of the pump and indicate that they are normal.

HW Series twin-screw pumps do not absorb water or drain water: the main reasons are blocked bottom valves, silting up part of the filter water, too high water absorption height or water leakage, or may be due to wrong steering, blockage of impeller runner and so on. After checking one by one, measures such as repairing the bottom valve, cleaning the silt, correcting the steering and cleaning the impeller can be taken respectively. Leakage of water or air in pipeline: The nut may not be tightly screwed during installation. If the leakage is not serious, you can smear cement or mix cement slurry with asphalt oil in the place of air leakage or water leakage. Temporary repairs can be made with wet mud or soft soap. If water leaks at the joint, the nut can be tightened by hand. Serious leakage requires re-assembly. Packing overheating: due to too tight packing pressure, cooling water can not enter the packing, or shaft surface damage. Some measures can be taken, such as relaxing the packing properly and cleaning up the blockage of the sealing pipe. Packing wear should be replaced. Before installation, it is soaked in the oil and loaded in circles. The incisions should be staggered so as to reduce leakage. After the packing of the latter ring is installed, the pressure cap should be tightened, and the tightness should be adjusted when running.
