Twin-screw pump shaft seal is generally designed as rubber skeleton oil seal, which should be replaced in each overhaul. It is generally made of nylon, polyethylene and other materials, lip-shaped seal ring, and has excellent wear resistance and pressure resistance. It can work in the environment of low shaft cleanliness and slightly poor lubrication conditions. The suitable temperature is -70~+100 C, and the pressure is lower than 0.01 MPa in oil, water and other media. Use, the resilience of the sealing ring is poor, generally use travelling rings and other supplementary elasticity, strengthen the sealing performance.
