Screw pump is widely used in oil production technology with distinct advantages. Selection of rotational speed of three-screw pump: the flow rate of three-screw pump is linear with rotational speed. Compared with low-speed screw pump, high-speed screw pump can increase the flow rate and head, but the power is obviously increased. High-speed accelerates the wear between rotor and stator, which will inevitably lead to premature failure of the screw pump. Moreover, the length of stator and rotor of high-speed screw pump is very short, and it is easy to wear, so it shrinks. The service life of screw pump is shortened. The speed can be reduced by reducer or stepless speed regulation mechanism, so that the reconnaissance speed can be kept within a reasonable range of less than 300 revolutions per minute. Compared with the high-speed screw pump, the service life can be prolonged several times.
The quality of screw pump: There are many kinds of screw pump in the market now. Relatively speaking, the imported screw pump has reasonable design and excellent material, but its price is higher, some services are not in place, the price of accessories is high, and the order cycle is long, which may affect the normal operation of production.
