3.The medium is absorbed into the spiral groove and sealed in the spiral groove.

4.Along with the rotation of screw,the medium moves toward the outlet along the axial line of the screw.

5.The medium is pumped out.This is the operating principle of screw pump.


Classification of three-screw pumps:

According to the way of imported oil absorption, it can be divided into two forms: single-suction and double-suction.

Single suction structure: Single suction structure is a common form, which has the characteristics of simple and compact, easy maintenance, wide range of pressure use, etc.

Double-suction structure: Double-suction structure is mainly for working conditions. The medium is sucked in by the two sides of the inlet chamber, and discharged from the middle outlet chamber. The flow demand is large, the pressure is not high and the space is compact.

According to the bearing position, it can be divided into two forms: internal bearing and external bearing.

Built-in bearing structure: In the structure of built-in bearing, the bearing is lubricated by conveying medium.

External bearing structure: The working chamber and the bearing chamber are separated in the structure of the external bearing, and the bearing is lubricated by a separate lubricating medium.

When the triple screw pump is stored for a long time, the user must check the protective seal of the pump regularly.

Every six months, the level of protective agent in the pump should be checked, and if necessary, it should be added to the sealing surface of the flange at the outlet of the pump.

At the same time, the packing damage should be checked. If damaged, it should be repaired.

Before the triple screw pump runs, it must clear the sealing protective agent, and dispose of it must meet the requirements of environmental protection.

The interior of the triple screw pump can usually be washed with the pumping medium to remove the protective agent or the protective agent inside and outside the pump can be removed with suitable solvent. Appropriate solvents such as gasoline, benzene, diesel, alcohol, alkali or other wax solvents, or steam injection devices with appropriate mixtures can be used.
