Tri-screw pump is formed by the pump body and screw. When the active screw rotates, it drives the driven screw which engages with it to rotate together. The meshing space of the screw at one end of the suction chamber increases gradually, and the pressure decreases.
The liquid enters the meshing space volume under the action of pressure difference. When the volume is increased to form a sealing chamber, the liquid moves continuously along the axis in each sealing chamber until it is discharged from one end of the cavity. At this time, the meshing space of the screw at one end of the discharge chamber is gradually reduced, and the liquid is discharged. The working principle of the three-screw pump is similar to that of the gear pump, except that the gear is replaced by the screw in structure.
