3.The medium is absorbed into the spiral groove and sealed in the spiral groove.

4.Along with the rotation of screw,the medium moves toward the outlet along the axial line of the screw.

5.The medium is pumped out.This is the operating principle of screw pump.


The three-screw pump includes the general type of 3G, the marine type of 3GC and the special type. The three-screw pump is a rotor type volume pump. Because the screw grooves on the active screw and the driven screw mesh with each other and they cooperate with the inner surface of three holes in the bushing, the multi-stage dynamic sealing chamber can be formed between the inlet of the pump. These dynamic sealing chambers will continuously move the liquid from the pump inlet to the pump outlet, and make the transported liquid step by step, thus forming a continuous, stable, axial moving pressure liquid.

The three-screw pump sucks and discharges liquid by the rotation of the screw. The intermediate screw is the active screw, which is driven by the prime mover. The screw on both sides is the driven screw, which rotates in reverse with the active screw. The main and driven screw threads are double-ended threads.

Three-screw pump is a screw-type volume pump. In the three-screw gangue pump, because the main screw and the driven screw spiral grooves mesh with each other and they cooperate with the inner surface of the bushing three holes, a series of dynamic sealing chambers can be formed between the inlet and outlet of the pump. These dynamic sealing chambers will continuously move the liquid from the pump inlet to the pump outlet axially, and make the transported liquid step by step boost. Thus, a continuous, smooth and axially moving pressure liquid is formed. The liquid transported by the triple screw pump is lubricating liquid without solid particles, corrosive oils and similar oils. It has high viscosity. The high viscosity liquid can also be transported through heating and viscosity reduction.
