Screw pumps are widely used. There is a saying that screw pumps can transport any medium. However, this does not mean that a single screw pump can transport all the media, but according to the characteristics of the media and the number of performance parameters, different types of screw pumps can be selected.
The selection of the structure of the triple screw pump can be made by referring to the series and types of the triple screw pump according to the installation and operation conditions of the pump, among which there are four principles that can be referred to:
Transport lubricating oil, choose pump with built-in bearing structure under 80 C.
When the temperature exceeds 80 C or the lubricity of the conveying medium is poor, the pump with external bearing structure is selected.
When conveying medium with poor fluidity and high viscosity or requiring conveying medium to heat or heat preservation, double-layer heating pump body structure is selected.
When conveying at high temperature, pumps made of high temperature resistant materials should be selected.
In addition, according to different conditions, the factors of material combination, inhalation capacity and matching motor should be considered comprehensively. As long as the selection is proper and the maintenance is reasonable, the three-screw pump can ensure satisfactory operation.
