Vibration or noise of pump body:

Reasons: poor installation of water pump or high installation of water pump; damage of motor ball bearing; bending of water pump spindle or non-concentric and unequal with motor spindle.

Processing methods: installing stable water pump or reducing the installation height of water pump; replacing motor ball bearing; correcting bending pump spindle or adjusting the relative position of water pump and motor.


Drive shaft or motor bearing overheating:

Causes: lack of lubricating oil or bearing rupture, etc.

Processing method: add lubricant or replace bearing.


Pump does not water:

Causes: the pump body and suction pipe are not filled with water diversion; the dynamic water level is lower than the pump filter pipe; the suction pipe is broken, etc.
